Problem:
The COVID-19 outbreak and economic crisis in Ukraine resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of people and companies facing the challenge of how to continue their activities. Women in Ukraine are in a need of development and optimization of the remote and distance working hiring process, and learning how to adapt current activities, especially as entrepreneurs, to the remote functioning situation.

Solution:
The project focused on the market-driven fostering entrepreneurship potential of women in Ukraine. It included the development, testing and disseminating a practice-oriented ICT based pilot system, which supports entrepreneurial women by automatically matching identified skills with needed competencies related to remote and distance jobs or business creation. The project adopted the tool (SMRT.bio) to the local Ukrainian needs.
